@31dive @Drago_Lightning I think it's Agkistrodon conati, based on the Panthers references. We Panhandle people in piscivorus-land don't really follow hockey. 😉

@Drago_Lightning @jetminion Anne is correct, and from what I've seen the only responder with a clue on the topic. Some of these answers are just scary wrong. Anyway... Water Moccasin (Agkistrodon Piscivorus). Venomous. Best admired from a distance. Most bites happen when somebody decides to catch or kill.

@Drago_Lightning @31dive If you're on the peninsula, you've likely had more than that and don't realize it. Just stay aware and wear shoes. 🙂

What do you think when authors state: "I don't write my stories, my characters do." Or "My characters create themselves, I don't." Is a fascinating direction given that the author creates the characters, their traits, actions, beliefs, story plot and direction, etc.

@hologrammatical It's the off-the-charts entitlement that disturbs me. Why do people need to go around stalking other users' likes? Those should have always been private.

@jetminion Yeah it's genuinely disturbed me how poor some people's reading comprehension has been today. It's either that, or they were so enraged by clickbait they avoided any and all research

It's rather horrifying how many people believe they're entitled to information about a stranger's social media interactions - and that they can't tell the difference between their own likes being private and likes on their tweets being visible.

People who don't take water to bed: HOW!?! I drink at least a glass of water overnight, but my mum doesn't even have a glass of water on her bedside table. Like... I'd wake up as dehydrated as a prune if I did that.

From this pic, it is an Eastern Rat Snake.

What kind of snake is this? East Tennessee. It has the pattern of a copperhead, but the hour glass should be dark and the wider ovals should be light copper or tan. Opinion?
