@JetstarAirways I’m trying to change the passenger details because I made an error and put myself down instead of my partner. Stupid error on my part, I know however, your consultants are telling because of my fare I have to pay $528 to change a name? I understand my fare requires this however I made an error and looking for help. On top of that I’ve asked to escalate 3 times now and the consultant on chat refuses to escalate the issue for me. I’m a frequent flyer and just looking for a name change. Please can you help??

As usual with @JetstarAirways flight they moved my seat to allow people with disabilities I was annoyed at first maybe because nothing ever goes smooth with JQ I take. My beef is they could at least offer a little something for the inconvenience even if board first.
