REGARDING LINQTO: I will hold a livestream likely on Monday evening or Tuesday morning, updating folks on Everything Linqto, including the founder of Linqto’s bogus claim that I should be disqualified as the attorney representing Linqto customers against him individually. Once my response is written and filed with Court, it will be public record. Next, the Creditors Committee has been established within the Linqto Bankruptcy. The Creditors Committee is made up of 9 members. Those 9 members represent the interests of the 13K Linqto customers/investors. Soon, after Monday, the Committee will interview multiple law firms who will pitch themselves to be hired by the Committee. The law firm hired by the Committee will respond to the motions that have been filed by the Debtor (Linqto), as well as file other appropriate motions on behalf of the Committee (and thus, all investors). The motions will be argued at the August 5th hearing. Who the Committee hires as its counsel is the single most important decision the Committee will make. FYI, the below statement and position of Linqto will be the subject of the first motions argued before the court.
