@SpaceX NG-24 now Saturday morning. Local sunrise is 7am, so no jellyfish, but there if weather allows, chances for a solar transit are excellent...if you are in the right spot.

"Never Tell Me The Odds" is back. Team Blue inspected every system, completed refurbishment, and certified it for flight. Proud to put a flight-proven booster to work for @AST_SpaceMobile on NG-3. Enjoy this fun video of us moving the integrated vehicle to the Transporter Erector (TE).

Artemis II has reached its maximum distance from Earth. On the far side of the Moon, 252,756 miles away, Reid, Victor, Christina, and Jeremy have now traveled farther from Earth than any humans in history and now begin their journey home. Before they left, they said they hoped this mission would be forgotten, but it will be remembered as the moment people started to believe that America can once again do the near-impossible and change the world. Congratulations to this incredible crew and the entire NASA team, our international and commercial partners, but this mission isn’t over until they’re under safe parachutes, splashing down into the Pacific.

Soon. As tall as SLS, New Glenn is about to fly its third mission from the opposite end of the Cape. I am hearing of a potential launch time of 6:45 AM EDT, and that might be some super interesting light.

For the record, The F-15E that (allegedly went down pending CENTCOM confirmation) was most likely a mechanical failure. The 48th Fighter Wing (Liberty Wing) at RAF Lakenheath, UK, has operated F-15E Strike Eagles since February 1992, making their primary airframes over 34 years old based on 1992 arrival dates. With 8,000 avg hr lifespan many are way beyond their designed lifespan. I don't care how meticulous the extended service life maintenance schedules are. A combat airframe that old is prone to failure.
