According to google it is a "Gift and specialty shop" in Spencer, IN". Why is it weird? 2 reasons. First reason. One of the governing people. State Senate Candidate and current Governmental Affairs Director for the LG's Office Kristi Risk is one of the governing people. 2 reason. The business names on INBIZ matches up perfectly, but the principal address doesn't. I verified 3 ways that the INBIZ information does go to Senate Candidate Kristi Risk. The questions are.
