@work_matters Effective education is a multi factor challenge and it’s not surprising that studies of one single factor produce small effects. In short, there is no panacea, but there must be a tool kit of human-centered frameworks, concepts, and methods that lead to much better outcomes.

I applaud Adam for spreading the word about something that works—and not making excessive claims. Alas, see the claims made about emotional intelligence—it has modest benefits but claims it is a panacea have been debunked.
