@AmericanAir Yeah by leaving us in the airport for 7 hours after having arrived over 7 hours ago. Very customer friendly, I definitely don’t need a bed at all!

The truest celebrations come when we're able to complete the journey as planned, and it disappoints us as well that we couldn't complete the journey due to Mother Nature having other ideas alongside air traffic control restrictions.
