“Chip and ship” because they are out of H1 chips and cheaper to just use the same H2 as is being produced for the other AirPods. No real hardware changes. All the new features are enabled by the chip.

I'm underwriting an infill townhome project in Menlo Park. The total fees for 4 units is coming out to $826k without IZ fees. Not as bad as Mountain View which was closer to $260k per unit before IZ fees😢 do we WANT new houses to be $200k more expensive???
