Consider what oversight of Immaculate Constellation would actually require. The program’s core function, as Brown describes it, is to identify evidence of anomalous phenomena and remove it from the systems where it would otherwise live—before it can reach the analysts, archivists, or decision-makers who would normally encounter it. By the time anyone with oversight responsibilities goes looking, the data is already gone. It has been routed somewhere else, into an architecture that doesn't appear in any standard listing. There is no document to subpoena. The information was never there, or at least, there is no longer any record that it was. @PhilipLevens @walterkirn It’s not possible according to what we know. What we know is very little, given the complexity of the universe, and the documented history of scientific progress. Presentism is alive and well. That being said, I agree that the ET hypothesis is less likely than other models.

@walterkirn Study cosmology and you will see UFOs are an impossibility. The distances in the universe are far too great. No one is coming to see us, and we aren’t going to see anyone. The only thing feasible is some sort of interdimensional back-and-forth, which could explain the phenomenon.

I don't think I'm being lied to about this UFO thing. I really don't. I've spent years on the matter. I think we need to demand more in terms of knowledge of the subject. Or at least expect more. I'm of the belief that knowing more is always better than knowing less but that gaming all this out is impossible. Let the chips fall where they may. Or float as they may. Because they just might, you know. Might float.
