@Peatches66 I guess I’ve learned to live with it among many other injuries. They do CT’s once a year to monitor it.

@Peatches66 They taught me to lay on bed and quickly spin to either side breaks the crystals in the inner ear. First few times I blacked out for a few seconds. Eventually over time it improved.I have had 17 severe concussions that landed me in the hospital over my military and LE career.

@Peatches66 VA diagnosed me with something similar, quick turns, closing my eyes leads to vertigo. I did physical therapy for it and the techniques seemed to help.
