Bin so neidisch auf die Leute, die innerhalb von 5 Minuten einschlafen.
Bei mir ist es so:
1.) 20 Minuten versuchen einzuschlafen
2.) So oft umdrehen, bis die Decke komisch ist
3.) Zu warm, zu kalt, zu viele Kopfkissen, zu wenige Kopfkissen
4.) Kurz vor dem Wecker einschlafen
