Senator Ping Lacson has clarified that senators Jinggoy Estrada and Joel Villanueva have not been cleared of the allegations linking them to the flood control controversy. According to Lacson's office, they traced a P335-million insertion in the 2025 budget and a P600-million insertion in the 2023 budget that could be linked to Estrada and Villanueva, respectively.
