This has been such an awful customer service experience - despite me telling your various team members that sending me a code or asking me to login to your website is useless to me without the phone required to do so, that was the only advice they would offer. #badservice

@Uber @Uber_Support please contact me. Your team have bounced me around uselessly after a phone was left in a Madrid ride, but the UK based the helpline can't help me. I also can't log in as it requires a code sent to the lost phone. I need this phone back ASAP. Thanks 😬😓

@TomCullen I'm betting you'd rather live the life you've lived with the risk of a car crash ending things early than never being allowed to leave the house by parents/partner. Let it live a full cat life, if it dies it died happier than it might've done indoors 🙌

Thinking about getting a cat. Really like cats. Don’t want it to be a house cat but also (for various reasons) would rather it didn’t leave the garden. Is that completely unachievable? Garden is fenced all around.
