@AmazonUK I have 2 unrecognised charges from Amazon on my bank statement which are not subscription renewals nor are they listed on my transactions list on my Amazon account. Your chat service is sending me in circles & cannot connect me to an actual agent for support. Pls help

How are #Evri even in business, I have been told via email that they have lost a parcel that should have been delivered last week, their drivers are always delivering to the wrong address too. It takes ages to get a reply, terrible customer service, majority are bots #Panorama

Please can all uk businesses start giving us the option to select a different courier than Evri ? @evrisupportline are the most unreliable courier service ever and is almost a guarantee parcels will be delayed or lost

@EvriDeliveryCom terrible service. I’ve waited in all day 4 my delivery to receive an email with a picture saying the courier has delivered to my “safe space”. The picture is my neighbours bin! & parcel is not there. Hitting the doorbell would have been my preferred option!!
