@UPS your customer service lied to me to wait out the length of time where they would be willing to “help” and are now claiming it’s my responsibility to figure it out. I cannot believe this is an acceptable way to treat customers.

@CVSHealth I can’t believe how rude and dismissive your staff are to people trying to negotiate in good faith. But she leaves me with no choice but to file a formal complaint now.

@CVSHealth I only wanted to ask if the trucks could park slightly further or on an adjacent street, but she dismissed me without listening and repeatedly said it’s my problem and that there’s nothing I could do about it anyway.

@CVSHealth I went to your store to ask for help as your delivery trucks are waking up my newborn at 2AM. The manager was incredibly dismissive and rude and told me to “go ahead and tell the city, they won’t do anything anyway.”
