Israel killed this little Palestinian girl in Gaza today. They shot her while she was sitting in class inside a tent in Beit Lahia. She was only 9 years old. No headlines. No outrage. No condemnation. Not a peep from the “international community.”

Spain still had that influence in its culture/architecture when Hernan Cortez started ruling a territory in México during 1520s

That is completely different from an gringo just living in PR because they aren't fighting for our nationality, they don't even see PR as a country.

Some people in Puerto Rico are apparently upset because I identified as Puerto Rican, despite my having lived here for almost ten years and raised two of my children here. However, had I identified as a Puerto Rican woman, they would have had no problem with my gender identity.
