Thanks to @gregorharlan PHPStan will support "rawMessage" in "ignoreErrors". You will no longer have to come up with regexes to ignore messages ad verbatum! And baselines will look much cleaner too.

I've released `ajgarlag/feature-flag-bundle` (github.com/ajgarlag/featu…), a bundle for #Symfony inspired by the FeatureFlag component proposed in PR 53213. It provides an easy way to test the proposed features in the PR. Feel free to check it out, and I'd appreciate any feedback!
