@jillpenfold @sagaftra Hugs. Yeah, I gave up on them…desperately needed advice on a few things being 🇺🇸 in 🇬🇧. Got connected w someone who said they’d get back to me. Called/wrote for 8 months & gave up. Not a fan.

@sagaftra after 6 months of trying to get SOMEONE to email me with advice on my membership, it seems that you’re incredibly good at arranging zoom meetings and getting picket lines set up, but addressing the concerns of your members on a personal level is an area to work too.
