Filling up my truck twice a week is becoming increasingly unsustainable in this struggling economy—one that many attribute directly to years of Liberal policies. Yet every day, I'm still told that it's all Trump's fault. 🙄 What’s truly mind-boggling is how many Canadians appear completely unwilling to examine the role of our own government. There's rarely, if ever, any mention of the corruption, fiscal mismanagement, or accountability issues surrounding our Prime Minister and his administration. SMH!

Lot of controversial things going on in the world but working because you *want* to work (during the hours your child is in school) was not something I expected to be one of them. I am making plans to liquidate all my Canadian assets. I will live in Florida for 6 months, and for the other 6 months I will spend as little time in Canada as possible and hope that Panama will accept my application to remain for the other 6 months. If Alberta gains Independence in October, I will be happy to live in Alberta for 8 months of the year.

I would. The night Jr Trudeau was elected in 2015 I sat in silence, staring at the screen, tears falling. My kids didn't understand why. I remember the PET years, vividly. They were the hardest years of my childhood. I've lightheartedly joked at times that the best swear words I know I learned during those years when my dad didn't know I was listening, but it was the distress in his voice, his despair of losing our little family farm, his hopelessness during those years, Mom counting change to buy milk... I've found myself being thankful my dad passed away in 2013. Witnessing Trudeau 2.0 and what his merry band of minions did to this country would have gutted him, and I 100% knew it was coming that day in 2015.

Canada did give up $100 million in full ride scholarships for 200 Indian students. Mark Carney travelled to Japan and didn’t get an energy trade deal. He got another “strategic partnership agreement”- which basically amounts to nothing. These energy deals could have been Canada’s. After 11 years of anti O&G policies, Canada is being left in the dust. Mark Carney’s net zero, clean energy focus is nothing more than economy killing fantasy. #LiberalsMustGo

Comparing our gold medalists to zoo animals, questioning their literacy, mocking their education... that’s quite a take. In Michigan we call that sour grapes. These young men won fair and square and deserve to celebrate. And they can read just fine, including the scoreboard.
