The #DownSyndromeBill gets its reading today. Good to see some politics that will have a positive impact on 1000s of people’s lives, with cross party support. Maybe more of Westminster could be about this instead of the tit for tat theatre of most of it?!

@KathrynExcell @yasgeorgiou It’s not that awkward for the agency (once you’ve been around a while) - I always try and put the person giving the feedback at ease to maximise honesty, it’s an awkward thing for them to be doing but pitching for work and winning/losing some is a normal part of agency life

@yasgeorgiou Dream answer! And you're right, it takes time to pull together pitches & proposals, so it's a nice courtesy if you can cope with the slight awkwardness!

Charity bods that work with agencies/suppliers - I'm interested to know how you feel about giving feedback to those you don't decide to work with? It seems to vary massively, some are very happy to share why another agency was a better fit, others really try & avoid the question
