Deeply saddened by the passing of Asha Bhosle Ji, one of the most iconic and versatile voices India has ever known. Her extraordinary musical journey, spanning decades, enriched our cultural heritage and touched countless hearts across the world. Be it her soulful melodies or vibrant compositions, her voice carried timeless brilliance. I’ll always cherish the interactions I’ve had with her. My condolences to her family, admirers and music lovers. She will continue to inspire generations and her songs will forever echo in people’s lives.

નાગરિકોએ કોઈપણ પ્રકારની અફવાઓથી ગભરાવાની જરૂર નથી. પેટ્રોલ પંપ પર અતિરિક્ત ભીડ એકત્ર થવાથી અનાવશ્યક અવ્યવસ્થા અને દુર્ઘટનાઓ સર્જાઈ શકે છે.

આણંદ જિલ્લામાં પેટ્રોલ અને ડીઝલનો જથ્થો પૂરતા પ્રમાણમાં ઉપલબ્ધ છે અને પુરવઠો સામાન્ય રીતે યથાવત્ ચાલી રહ્યો છે. નાગરિકોને વિનંતી કરવામાં આવે છે કે કોઈપણ પ્રકારની અફવા પર વિશ્વાસ ન રાખવો તથા અનાવશ્યક ભીડ ઊભી ન કરવી. પેટ્રોલ અને ડીઝલ માટે સામાન્ય જરૂરિયાત મુજબ જ ખરીદી કરવા વિનંતી કરવામાં આવે છે જેથી દરેક નાગરિકને સુગમ રીતે પુરવઠો મળી રહે. @InfoGujarat

તમામ નાગરિકોને વિનંતી છે કે, પેટ્રોલ-ડીઝલને લઈને સોશિયલ મીડિયા કે વ્હોટ્સએપના માધ્યમથી ફેલાતી કોઈ પણ અફવાઓમાં આવીને સત્તાવાર જાણકારી વગર ભાગદોડ કરવાની જરૂર નથી. રાજ્ય સરકાર અને ખાસ કરીને કેન્દ્ર સરકાર દ્વારા આ જથ્થા અને સપ્લાયનું દૈનિક નિરીક્ષણ કરવામાં આવે છે. રાજ્યના તમામ પેટ્રોલ પંપો પર પેટ્રોલ-ડીઝલનો પૂરતો જથ્થો મળી રહે તે માટેની સંપૂર્ણ તૈયારીઓ છે.

ગુજરાત સરકાર દ્વારા સત્તાવાર સ્પષ્ટતા; રાજ્યમાં પેટ્રોલ-ડીઝલનો પૂરતો જથ્થો ઉપલબ્ધ અને અફવાઓથી દૂર રહેવા નાગરિકોને અપીલ... રાજ્યના તમામ પેટ્રોલ પંપો પર જરૂરિયાત મુજબનો પેટ્રોલ અને ડીઝલનો જથ્થો પૂરતા પ્રમાણમાં ઉપલબ્ધ છે, જેથી નાગરિકોએ પેટ્રોલ પંપ પર લાંબી લાઈનો લગાવવાની અને પેનિક થવાની જરૂર નથી. ઉપરાંત, રાજ્યમાં પૂરતો ઇંધણનો 'બફર સ્ટોક' પણ ઉપલબ્ધ છે, જેથી કોઈએ ખોટી ઉતાવળ કરવાની કોઈ જરૂર નથી : અધિક મુખ્ય સચિવ શ્રી મોના ખંધાર ઓઈલ કંપનીઓએ સપ્લાયના કલાકો વધાર્યા છે અને જથ્થામાં પણ વધારો કર્યો છે. વધુમાં, સોશિયલ મીડિયામાં આવતા ખોટા મેસેજ કે અફવાઓથી દોરાઈને પંપ પર ભીડ ન કરવી જોઈએ. ગુજરાતમાં ઇંધણની કોઈ જ તકલીફ નથી અને ભવિષ્યમાં પણ રહેશે નહીં : ભારતના પેટ્રોલિયમ ડીલર્સ એસોસિએશનના પ્રેસિડેન્ટ #GujaratGovernment #Petrol #Diesel @CMOGuj @Bhupendrapbjp @sanghaviharsh

Ahmedabad is currently seeing long petrol queues stretching up to 3–4 km, blocking roads and creating heavy congestion. In this rush, more fuel is actually being wasted as vehicles idle in traffic. Let’s stay calm and avoid panic buying. Please use fuel wisely so everyone gets fair access and we don’t make the situation worse.

Someone invested in a prime real estate project in Ahmedabad in April 2024 with a reputed developer & even after 2 years, there’s not even 5% profit. That says a lot about how unexpectedly stagnant the market has been. Investing in flats won’t give you strong ROI in just 48 months even if you enter at launch. Real estate is a slow-burn asset, not a quick flip.
