I actually care about all human lives Joanne, but I’m wondering if you actually do? Have you mentioned the genocide of Palestinians even once or do their lives not matter to you? Using today's events to score political points is disgusting. Shame on you.

.@zarahsultana I assume this is a different Zarah Sultana MP to the one who was recently filmed clapping along to loudspeaker chants for intifada, on a street in Surrey. telegraph.co.uk/politics/2025/…

@Inevitablewest All the wet wipes on here have never been within a country mile of a situation like this. Well done officers, we need more of this, commission it into the police training manual.

I’m not sure why we still have a monarch. It seems like a medieval anachronism to me; a demonstration of inherited status and the the pinnacle of an entrenched aristocracy. And I’m really not sure why our monarch has gone to the US to stand next to another man with too much power, land and money.

Not proper football. Way too aggressive. Leakier than sieves. Arteta’s Attritional Arsenal will grind down either of them.

@MattWallace888 You mean a 79 year-old man took his wife’s hand in preparation for descending some steps? Outrageous! When will the tyranny of the patriarchy end?!

@piersmorgan And Piers is still very worried, count me in for his inevitable meltdown that will surpass his one when the weatherman rattled him.

So, Arsenal are still top and will still win the League, City are still 2nd, United are still irrelevant, Liverpool are still half as good as last year, Chelsea are still useless, and Spurs will still be relegated. Love, Bottle-Job. 😘

If Keir believed he should resign, he's the type of man who would. The truth is he has the backing of the Labour Party and every single decent person in the UK The rest of you? You can piss off!

It’s good news that the Strait of Hormuz has now reopened. This must be a long lasting and workable solution, without tolls or restrictions on routes. Today we announced our joint plan with France and other international partners to protect freedom of navigation. We need to see a return to peace and stability, and a permanent ceasefire.

Nobody is required to love your dog. I know I sound like a prick. But stop bringing them in stores. Just last Friday, I stopped in a store and a guy in checkout has his dog and it jumps on me as I walk past them. “Oh he just loves people” they say obliviously. So? I’m having to go to customers and the dog got dirt streaks on the thigh of my pants. And spare me the “if you don’t like it, don’t go in the store” bullshit. If you can’t make it through a store without your dog, it’s not me with the issues. I had a dog. It was a great dog. Best part of our family at times. But I expect NOBODY to have to deal with my occasionally over-excited dog, especially in a public place. I’d never have even thought of bringing a dog (I’ve seen it twice now) in a restaurant. Hell, if a person came over my house who was uncomfortable with it acting up, I’d take him in the other room. And for those with actual service pets? You really should speak up, because the people who don’t have well trained dogs are going to lose you that privilege. *end rant

The entitlement of the ‘big clubs’ and the attention they garner never ceases to amaze me. When Manchester United found themselves floundering in the first half last night against #LUFC, shell-shocked by Noah Okafor’s double; they resorted to throwing themselves to the floor and begging the referee for handouts. Cunha got a yellow for diving. Fernandes’ got a yellow for non-stop begging and dissent.. Martinez got a red card for pulling Calvert-Lewin’s hair. ManchesterUnited have every off-field benefit stacked in their favour against Leeds. Revenue that is multiples of the Whites, ground capacity, training facilities, wage bill - it all dwarfs Leeds. But they have to resort to cheating when things don’t go their way. Under 10s know that diving is cheating, that you have to respect the referee and they also know that pulling someone’s hair is a red card. So for their club-captain and manager to come out after the game and bemoan the referee - and for that to dominate the media narrative - rather than the brilliance of Leeds United and their tactics is a stunning display of entitlement and faux-injustice. A tug on the hair is a red card. Now can we talk about Leeds United’s history-making performance?

My wife and I got mugged in Paris last week A man with a knife ran up to us next to Eiffel Tower "Give me your fucking phone right now" he said to me I handed over my Siemens cell phone immediately "Yalla, hers too" he shouted I raised my eyebrow "Did I notice a lovely Arabic accent, young man? I warmly said to him, and immediately felt ashamed for being scared This poor man is from abroad and simply still adjusting to the European culture "Take this too, my friend" I said and ripped the pearl necklace off my wife's neck "What the fuck are you doing?!" she started crying "Be quiet. This man is struggling. He needs it more than us" I said He took everything and ran away Sure, theft is never good, but I would rather get robbed in a diverse city, than be safe in a racist white one
