Funny you should ask: the full remote companies not having issues with this setup are the ones doing week-long work trials (paid). These are as good as they get in doing the real work… because it’s doing the real work! Downside is it’s a week of commitment. We had these short interviews to avoid exactly this. But perhaps long work trials will spread more now!
