Russia is flinging bombs, rockets and drones at civilian life on a scale that would dominate headlines anywhere else in Europe.
For weeks now I’ve been writing about the deliberate escalation: trains, coaches, city centres, apartment blocks, places of worship, universities, residential streets.
Ordinary people, nowhere near the frontline, are increasingly the target.
And yet internationally, the reaction remains muted.
No serious urgency, No sustained condemnation. Almost a normalisation of terror. That’s the truly dangerous part. Not just the attacks themselves, but the world slowly accepting them as background noise. Deeply frustrating.

A rescue operation continues in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, at the site of a Russian attack. Russian air bombs struck right in the city center, targeting civilians. As of now, at least 5 people are reported injured and 5 people killed. My sincere condolences to their families and loved ones. Sadly, the number of casualties may increase. All emergency services are now working on site: rescuers and medical teams are helping people.

BBC News criticise Zack Polanski for expecting better standards from the police when apprehending the man who stabbed two British Jews and one British Muslim
But BBC News did NOT show that the officers kicked him in the head five times, when he was immobilised and down on the ground after being tasered
And of course BBC News did not mention that 2 hours before he stabbed two Jewish men, he stabbed a Muslim man
Neither did Keir Starmer, not once across the two days of constant press conferences, and not even during his statement from Downing street
Why is Labour Keir's Starmer and so much of the media whitewashing the stabbing of a British Muslim?
