nobody warned me about how addictive Claude Code is.. a month ago I had ZERO coding background. like genuinely hated looking at code, screens full of syntax made my eyes glaze over fast forward to now im sleeping late every night, spending 5-6 hours a day just building stuff on it turning point is once you actually know what you want to build, it stops feeling complicated and starts feeling like a game you can’t put down in just one month i went from.. this is too complex for me to okay just one more feature and i’ll sleep never in my life did i think i’d say this but… im actually loving code now???

Hot take: the Medvi story has nothing to do with AI. A guy built a $1.8B company with 2 people. Cool. But strip away the AI headline and look at what's underneath: Telehealth subscriptions. I've been in this space. I've seen the numbers up close. The LTVs are borderline unfair compared to every other business model. Traditional ecom: $50 AOV, maybe $80 LTV if you're lucky, 20% returns, warehouse headaches, margin compression. Telehealth: $200+/mo, $1,200-2,400 LTV, pharmacy ships direct, no inventory, no returns, recurring revenue. AI made him efficient. Telehealth made him a billionaire. Those are two very different things. And the craziest part? He only did weight loss. ONE vertical. ED alone is a $5B+ market. Hair loss. Hormones. Peptides. Anti-aging. Skincare. Mental health. Each one of these is a billion dollar telehealth company waiting to be built. The reason more people haven't done it is the infrastructure is brutal — doctors, pharmacies, compliance, prescriptions, patient management. That's why you need a platform like Rimo.co. Full stack telehealth OS. Everything you need to launch a brand like this without building it from scratch. AND YOU OWN ALL YOUR DATA AND TOKENS The next wave of billionaires is coming out of telehealth. Not SaaS. Not ecom. Telehealth. rimo.co

become a generalist. specialization makes you efficient. generalization makes you dangerous. what it actually means: • learn across domains → math, physics, software, economics, biology. patterns repeat across fields. • connect ideas → innovation happens at the intersection, not inside silos. • adapt fast → when one field shifts, you don’t collapse, you pivot. • see systems → specialists see parts, generalists see the whole • build end-to-end → from idea → design → implementation → delivery the world rewards specialists in stable environments. it rewards generalists when things are changing. right now, everything is changing. don’t just go deep. go wide, then stack depth where it matters.

You’re not rich until you have $5 million liquid. Not in your house. Not in your car. Cash. Once you have that, you can take risks again. And when someone offers to buy your business? Sell it. Because the most valuable asset isn’t the business - it’s YOU.

This is insane A man alone built a $1.8B company in months using AI - Matthew Gallagher - founder of Medvi - based in LA - self-taught programmer before this - builds websites - experiments with online businesses - fails multiple times then AI arrives - ChatGPT, Claude, Grok for code and text - Midjourney, Runway for visuals - he uses everything Medvi begins - telemedicine platform - focused on weight loss drugs (GLP-1) - built in 2 months starting capital is $20,000 first traction - 300 customers in month 1 +1,000 customers in month 2 growth explodes 2025 - $401M in revenue - first full year 2026 - projected $1.8B revenue - 500,000+ patients team - basically just him - plus his younger brother - minimal contractors how it runs - AI writes the code - AI creates the ads - AI handles support - AI analyzes performance he still oversees everything, fixes chatbot mistakes and manages marketing decisions today - generating millions personally - donating to charity - planning foundation for homeless youth what this proves you don’t need a big team anymore you don’t need huge capital AI removed the barrier the man who scaled faster than anyone expected

back in 2023/24 everyone was buying coins at 1-10 million marketcap and holding them for WEEKS while they pumped to 100+ million people who worked a 9-5 could buy a coin and hold it retail could participate, everyone was having fun, and people wanted to hold now the only "traders" left just buy coins at 3K marketcap and sells at 7K within 10 seconds and repeat that process 100 times a day retail can't trade this, people with lives who don't have a ton of free time can't trade this eventually the trenches need to stop turning a blind eye to the current state of things and understand that if we want to have the opportunity of trading "attention markets" then the onchain behavior needs to change otherwise its ggs

Sam Altman predicted in 2024 that a one-person billion-dollar company "would have been unimaginable without A.I., and now it will happen." He just emailed the NYT saying he won a bet with tech CEO friends over when it would arrive, and that he "would like to meet the guy." The guy: Matthew Gallagher, 41. Spent $20K and two months building a GLP-1 weight-loss telehealth company out of his living room in LA. The stack: ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok writing code. Midjourney for images. Runway for video ads. ElevenLabs handling customer calls. Custom AI agents stitching it all together. $401M revenue in year one. On track for $1.8B this year.

THIS IS CRAZYY!!!!🤯 A guy just built a $1.8 billion company with two employees. Him and his brother. Using AI. Matthew Gallagher started Medvi from his house in Los Angeles. Spent $20,000 and two months. AI wrote the code. AI made the website. AI made the ads. AI handled customer service. First month. 300 customers. Second month. 1,000 more. First full year. $401 million in sales. This year on track for $1.8 billion. His only hire? His younger brother. That's the entire company. The New York Times verified the numbers. $65 million profit last year. More than $3 million coming in every single day. Now compare this. Hims & Hers sells weight loss drugs online. 2,442 employees. $2.4 billion revenue. 5.5% profit margin. This guy is doing nearly the same with two people and triple the margins. He grew up living in motels and cars. Taught himself to code on a laptop his uncle gave him. Sold samurai swords on eBay as a teenager. Didn't finish college. Moved to LA to become an actor. Now he's running the fastest growing company nobody has heard of. When his website broke during a hike he had to sprint home because there was nobody else to fix it. Lost 200 customers in one hour. That's the reality of a two person company doing $1.8 billion. A VC told him don't raise money. He listened. Zero outside funding. He owns 100% of it. Two brothers. $20,000. A laptop. And every AI tool they could get their hands on. That's all it took.

The most fascinating exponential growth that you can get in any enterprise: use Claude. I've been stating this previously before, however, due to the active usage of Claude. Our podcast: - Doubled in subscribers in 3 months - Increased viewers base of 2K average to 65K average per episode in the same period Our fund: - Fully automated strategies in weeks, while a senior dev would take 6-9 months for the same implications The speed of progress is astronomical and I would recommend anyone to use Claude within any work that you're doing.
