MMP Enterprises Limited Commences Construction of multi floor Five Star Hotel on Bridge Street in Jinja City.
MMP Enterprises Limited (part of the MMP Group) has officially begun construction of what is being billed as Jinja’s first five-star hotel in Jinja City.
The project involves a multi-floor luxury multi-bedroom facility featuring world class amenities. According to available details, the hotel will include around 100 elegantly designed rooms and suites, along with multiple banqueting halls, restaurants, bars, party lawns, and other highend recreational spaces. It is expected to position Jinja as a premier destination capable of hosting major national and international events.
A standout feature will be a world-class swimming pool complemented by sophisticated dining areas. The development aims to deliver top-tier luxury hospitality in the region.
The hotel forms part of MMP Group’s broader real estate and hospitality initiatives in Jinja, alongside projects like the MMP Industrial Park and an upcoming ultra-modern shopping mall. It is strategically planned near key tourist attractions, including the Source of the Nile, to capitalize on the area’s natural appeal and boost local tourism and economic growth.

The popular roadside market in Najjembe, located within Mabira Forest, has been demolished as part of the ongoing nationwide trade order enforcement.
