Worst Service by @Flipkart The delivery person demanded an extra ₹2000 for delivery. I immediately raised a request with Flipkart. Soon after, I received a call from the delivery agent asking me to verify my phone number and order details. After that, they took my number and cancelled my order. During cancellation, it was marked as “Cancelled as per customer,” which is incorrect. I contacted customer care again, but there has been no response so far. @flipkartsupport

Yesterday my @AirIndiaX Bhubaneswar to Mumbai flight was delayed by 3 hours and 55 minutes. While technically just under the 4-hour mark, the impact on passengers was still significant.

High ticket prices come with an expectation of care, transparency, and empathy. I hope Air India Express and @DGCAIndia take note and work towards more passenger-friendly handling of such situations in the future

What felt especially disappointing was being asked to purchase items onboard, when basic passenger comfort during such long delays wasn’t addressed.

Around 180 passengers were affected, yet there was no communication or courtesy check from the airline on whether passengers needed any assistance or refreshments. A refund isn’t practical either, as alternative flights at that point are far more expensive.

We were asked to reach the airport 2 hours early, waited almost the entire day, and ended up spending on expensive airport food. For many of us, flights are chosen to save time — unfortunately, the purpose was completely defeated.
