Here we go, this 26-year-old man was fined £462.30 at Cheshire Magistrates' in September after he bought an 'anytime' ticket and used it before 10am.
@northernassist brought this case in a private prosecution. Their own app will tell you this ticket can be used any time of day.

Right I have gone through the latest 20mph data for Wales and have made this video.

1800 miles in this over last two weeks. Cruised down to Avignon four up with luggage at 130km/h doing 40mpg, then stretched its legs properly over Mont Ventoux, Gorge de Verdun and Route Napoleon before cruising home again. Bloody glorious do everything motor car.

@CromptonHoward I find @sussex_police to be extremely unbothered by these types of offences. I've submitted similar, they get a letter if they're unlucky. Often filed just for "intelligence". Don't know why I bother.
