Wife and I were considering moving (just need more space), even had our agent get us on the MLS and all...but it's brutal for those with COVID era rates. Equivalent houses to ours at the current rates is ~$1,600 more a month (yes different mortgage amounts)

Don't love the value here for Pittsburgh. I know Little Joe is a legend, but to give up a prospect like Frankie for a 33-year old vet is just not a good return of surplus value, even if you are in win-now mode like Pittsburgh.
