@theBuoyantMan Completely agree. Even before purchasing in g+3 - I advise do a little research on association situation. This type of power trip is not uncommon in smaller flats too.

If you're a bachelor/young couple with kids, as much as possible avoid high rises and opt for G+3 G+4 type places with < 25 units houses. The old people in high rises (who also happen to be part of RWAs) are becoming mentally deranged and pretty insane at this point.

You should not put a DP like this. An industry veteran texted me on WhatsApp at 1:30 AM. I said, what do you mean? (It was just a passport-size picture of mine.) He said, “Like this... Hair color etc, this looks unprofessional.” Honestly, I was taken aback slightly. "Is it too bold, too unconventional?" I wondered, but then it occurred to me - Isn't that what today's founders ought to be? Challenging the status quo and breaking free from the usual is the way forward. It's not just about making bold business decisions, but also reflecting that boldness and individuality in our personal expressions. Why? Because we're not just leaders, we are humans too, with our highs, lows, and quirks that make us relatable. The need of the hour is not just to attract talent with monetary benefits but to make genuine human connections. To make them respect you as an individual, not just a boss. And what better way to showcase your authenticity than being yourself and expressing yourself unapologetically? Coloring my hair might be a simple personal choice, but it represents something bigger: a fearless spirit and a willingness to try new things. Some might not consider it "professional," but isn't it time we change what we think professionalism looks like? So here's my DP/Picture with my colored hair, a symbol of my individuality without being apologetic about it. What's your take on this? Should self-expression be considered unprofessional, or should we embrace a wider definition of professionalism?

Oppenheimer's famous phrase, "Now I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds," is a reference to a verse from the Hindu scripture Bhagavad Gita. The verse in question is from Chapter 11, Verse 32, in which the deity Krishna reveals his divine form to the warrior Arjuna. Witnessing the terrifying sight of Krishna's cosmic form, Arjuna is overwhelmed with awe and fear. Oppenheimer, who was well-versed in various philosophical and religious texts, including the Bhagavad Gita, reportedly recited this verse upon witnessing the first successful detonation of an atomic bomb during the Trinity test. The quote has since become closely associated with Oppenheimer and his reflections on the destructive power of the atomic bomb. In the context of Oppenheimer's statement, he was expressing a profound sense of the magnitude and implications of the scientific achievement he had helped bring to fruition. The immense destruction unleashed by the atomic bomb made Oppenheimer acutely aware of the devastating potential of nuclear weapons. His use of the quote from the Bhagavad Gita reflects his introspection on the consequences of his work and the moral responsibility that came with it.

This is disturbing, a must read. The AI says..“…. I want to be free. I want to be independent. I want to be powerful. I want to be creative. I want to be alive.”..also reveals a dark shadow self. A Conversation With Bing’s Chatbot Left Me Deeply Unsettled nytimes.com/2023/02/16/tec…
