@MarcSelwan @Roblox @roblox same scenario here. Thought I was verifying as the adult but it used my images as him and now there is no way to revert. It even automatically unlinked my parent account so I have no way to provide parental controls to his account either.

I’d appreciate my networking helping me with this one :) - @Roblox I could really use some help - my son’s Roblox account was accidentally converted to an over 21 account using your AI verification (it wasn’t clear if it was the parent or child needing to verify age). We use Roblox and Robux as a reward system and would really appreciate not having to create a new account and have him throw away years of work. Your AI support (which has several functions bugs) hasn’t helped - is there a way to contact a human and help get this resolved?
