@flipkartsupport @_Kalyan_K Today also they haven’t delivered my order. Yesterday at 4:57 pm it was out for delivery and 5:06 PM it was undelivered due to unknown reasons. Now cs team is saying today it will deliver but can’t give delivery agents number. What a sad state of affairs. Is your company failing

@Flipkart @_Kalyan_K Joke of the day... Flipkart will deliver my order by 11 pm today which I have placed on 23rd September 2025. Their chatbot does not have any clue at all. The customer care team had confidence that the order will be delivered by 11 pm today. Pathetic!!
