Despite expiry of statutory period on 1.2.2026, no steps was taken to transfer ownership, indicating malafide intent & use of bike violates the MV Act & raises suspicion misuse for illegal activities, including transportation of brown sugar, ganja & involvement in robbery.

The Motorcycle stands Regd. in the name of SUCHITRARANI PATTANAIK, who DIED on 03.11.2025. As per Section 50 of MV Act, the Legal Heir is MANDATORILY required to apply for TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP WITHIN 90 DAYS from the date of DEATH of Regd. Owner.
