@gocatz54 @dkmlc15 @NEBHSFB MS won’t play 9 games. I played HS football and have coached it as well…so I’m aware of a football schedule. I have nothing against MS and they haven’t broken any rules. The system is broken and it’s not a healthy competitive environment.

That context may get lost because you are a baseball guy. Nebraska played Houston Christian and Akron. Did you watch either game?

@CoachSeely @drewhbishop Wouldn’t a 30 or 40 be even better than a 60? This seems to make too much sense. You’d still get the twitch, acceleration, explosiveness, and power info from a 30 or 40 and obviously more characteristic of the demands of the sport.

@drewhbishop I’m gonna show my age here. The 60 does something for me. It can show twitch, athleticism and how much output is in a body possibly.

@CoachSeely In a one day event, I think it can be beneficial for removing variables to see what’s in the tank. If a player is getting limited swings, there are a lot of variables in BP or game swings. Biggest variable outside the hitters control is pitch location.
