Twitter is enforcing its long-standing API rules. That may result in some apps not working.






Here's how I used to run our weekly team meeting while I was at Uber. I tried to cut down on as many meetings as possible. I found that this meeting: about 45-60 minutes/week was key to everyone being on the same page. And for engineers to be aware of business & product.

I also want to post less news about layoffs (even though they are happening and I get lots of scoop first-hand). I don't want to overload people (or myself) with this though, given the grim market. I'll think of ways of doing this with a better balance.
