Stated this in Discord a month back. Chelsea have held talks about potential stadium plans in Old Oak Common (Cargiant site). Few concerns about site location, surrounding areas with EMR and Cargiants actual land and how’s it divided with TfL. Talks still ongoing with ECDC too
