The way that staff talk to the crowd doesn’t help. @SouthTrains it’s amazing how that gets reflected back by the crowd. Good Manners will be met with good manners. Whatever you’re trying to do it doesn’t work. No one loading at the other end of the station. Genius!

In over 30 years of travelling to @AllianzStadium to support @EnglandRugby I’ve never had a problem with the trains. They change the system (to fix what I don’t know) and now I queue for an hour to GET to the game. Nevermind leave. Brilliant. Thanks @southwestrains
