For any of you who know me, I love Dontayvion Wicks. Really enjoy how he plays and what he brings to the team. That said this is a really good and smart deal for Green Bay. The WR room needed thinning. Golden and Williams need to play. Wicks had 3 years to ascend & didnt. They weren’t going to re-sign him so getting two picks, including a 5th this year is good value. This is exactly the type of cost I thought he’d go for. GB needed more picks and to clear space to draft a WR. Wicks wanted more playing time. The Eagles needed a WR with Brown about to be a Patriot. It’s a win for all 3 sides imo. Make no mistake, the Packers will draft a WR too. 2026 WRs: Watson, Reed, Golden, Williams, Moore, Rookie

@AndyHermanNFL I remember when we let Casey Hayward leave because younger guys "needed to play". Hope Wicks doesn't ball out like he did after he left. I really hope I'm wrong, but this feels like a mistake. We went from begging to have a number 2 behind Adams to now trading away legit guys.
