SBF, Sam Bankman-Fried has been found guilty. However around 40% of CONGRESS(!!!) received donations from SBF and FTX that were mixed user funds! Only a few politicians returned or donated the funds. Here is the full list of everyone who has received funds from FTX and Sam.

One major chart pattern I'm starting to recognize is the "Major Sell Bar", which usually marks a short term top after a strong uptrend. You study any of the names that came off the '23 bottom and ripped, you'll see they all have shown this type of subtle distribution while at or near highs. $NVDA: 8/24 sell bar marked the high we've seen for past couple of months, which then turned into multiple lower highs and lower lows. $TSLA The Major Sell Bar high marked a key area of resistance in the September rally on Tesla. Since then we've seen lower highs and lower lows. $AAPL Broke the lower trendline in the beginning of August with a couple of Major Sell Bars... $AMD Remove MAs & all other indicators = more clarity on what price is doing. Note the Major Sell Bar in June, which marked the high for the year. Highly doubt we make it back there unless major gap up tonight on earnings. --- The big takeaway: Gap ups on volume = accumulation Major Sell Bars near highs = distribution Learning how to spot the difference, then applying rules based on these chart patterns, will only add to your edge in the market $STUDY

Here's why: - Added about 8.8 million net new paid subscribers. - Raised two of their plan subscriptions by 15% and 20%. - New $10 billion share buyback program. - Beat EPS and revenue estimates for the quarter. - Plans to spend $30 billion on content within the next two years. - Free cash flow is expected to rise from $5 billion to $6.5 billion. This would be Netflix's best earnings report in over a year.
