@ByMattHoffmann Donna brings up the change of venue efforts, which the court shot down. "All I wanted was a level playing field, but the court wanted the trial here in the hotbed of Tallahassee." The judge stops her again- her attorneys are now reviewing the statement.

@ByMattHoffmann The judge stops Donna for a moment- asking if the defense is trying to retry the trial? No, defense attorney says. "the court can take into consideration the utter lack of remorse you are displaying," he tells Donna. She continues.
