@jnrbates @thepaulwilliams you’re allowed to lift a player into the air to catch the ball from a kickoff like this (of course ideally you lift your player, they catch the ball, and they come straight back down) ― usually penalties for dangerous play happen for high tackles or sometimes during rucks

Ardent '15 a siders' may not like it. But 7s is a far more user friendly version of the sport. It's the 'gateway' rugby. And a hugely valuable tool to generate new audiences.

This could free up musician's time to do something more productive. I have nothing against musicians and I've almost certainly not fully thought this through.

Been thinking. Musical instruments have a finite number of sounds they can make, chords, notes and stuff. Those sounds can be put together in (probably) trillions of ways, but there must be a finite number of ways these noises can be combined in, say, a 4 minute piece of music.
