saying i dont work efficiently is just offensive since i always put my all into my roles, and ive never once have been supervised during one of my shifts, i was trusted with dealing with orders and customers and my coworkers relied on me in some situations

@franny_vale a lot of ppl are saying “there must be more to the story” but truthfully, this is it, ive never called off sick at my work and put in all my efforts and never lazed around, brought in tips and good reviews

@franny_vale im really not sure, it obviously is illegal but like a lot of people are saying it is probation, which doesnt make it not illegal but much harder to prove this was the reason, longterm, loved, coworkers of the place didnt think i would be fired so it confirms it even more for me
