@TUIUK With respect our holiday was one of the first to be cancelled by TUI and therefore should have been one of the first to be refunded. Yet here we are 101 days since our holiday was cancelled and still no refund despite being told almost weekly that it would be in our bank 🤬🤬🤬🤬
