ประกาศชี้แจงเงื่อนไขการซื้อบัตรไลฟ์สตรีมมิ่ง HEART TALK: LINGORM x KANCHAI ทางทีมงานขออภัยเป็นอย่างยิ่งสำหรับความเข้าใจคลาดเคลื่อนที่เกิดขึ้นเกี่ยวกับสิทธิประโยชน์ของบัตรรับชมไลฟ์สตรีมมิ่ง HEART TALK: LINGORM x KANCHAI ในการนี้ ทีมงานขอเรียนชี้แจงว่าผู้ที่ซื้อตั๋วไลฟ์สตรีมมิ่งงาน HEART TALK: LINGORM x KANCHAI ทุกท่าน จะได้รับ E-Card รูปเซลฟี่ “หลิง–ออม” พร้อมลายเซ็นดิจิทัล (Digital Signature) รวมทั้งสิ้น 10 แบบ E-Card ดังกล่าวจะจัดส่งในรูปแบบไฟล์ดิจิทัล ไปยังอีเมลที่ท่านได้ลงทะเบียนไว้ในข้อมูลผู้ใช้งาน โดยจะเริ่มทยอยจัดส่งตั้งแต่วันที่ 6 พฤษภาคม 2569 เป็นต้นไป ทีมงานตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการสื่อสารที่ถูกต้อง และจะนำข้อผิดพลาดครั้งนี้ไปปรับปรุง เพื่อให้การสื่อสารในอนาคตมีความชัดเจนยิ่งขึ้น ------------------------------------------------------ Announcement HEART TALK: LINGORM x KANCHAI Livestream Tickets We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding that may have occurred regarding the benefits of the HEART TALK: LINGORM x KANCHAI livestream ticket. We would like to clarify that all purchasers of the livestream ticket for the event HEART TALK: LINGORM x KANCHAI will receive a set of 10 E-Cards featuring “Ling–Orm” selfie photos with digital signatures. The E-Cards will be delivered in digital file format to the email address registered with your user account. Distribution will begin on May 6, 2026.
