100 euro but shouldn't have to resort to that when there are legitimate reasons to reschedule. My advice to anyone else is go elsewhere as this is their customer service.

to January 2026. I am at my wits end with it cannot understand how unhelpful and how inconsistent they are being. I never expected this from Aer Lingus and would have always preferred to travel with them prior to this. I can claim off my travel insurance and lose out on

@AerLingus are such a nightmare to deal with it has completely shocked and disgusted me. We booked flights with them in January for a trip to Amsterdam on Saturday. The trip cannot go ahead due to medical reasons and Doctors advice. For 6 weeks they have been turning down

I can claim off my travel insurance and lose out on 100 euro but shouldn't have to resort to that when there are legitimate reasons to reschedule. My advice to anyone else is go elsewhere as this is their customer service.

I ring to reschedule today and they tell me you booked your flights in January so you can only reschedule to January 2026. I am at my wits end with it cannot understand how unhelpful and how inconsistent they are being. I never expected this from Aer Lingus.

@AerLingus I have sent a direct message however the reply says they can deal with baggage enquiries & to send a shorter message. I've already called & spoke to people and opened cases. Today I was told Aer Lingus didn't deem Gallstones & a Dr recommendation as enough for a refund or credit

Having such a hard time with @AerLingus at the moment trying to cancel flights to Amsterdam, we can't travel due to illness & doctors advice. Aer Lingus say it's not a sufficient reason to get a refund or credit #aerlingus
