@Tesco are you kidding me?! I have had an email saying you won’t be delivering but have charged me anyway AND you expect me to either pick it up or re order AND PAY AGAIN to get my shopping. Is this a joke?!

@Tesco massive fail today. After about 17 years as an online customer I seriously need to consider going elsewhere.

Oh and it gets better. You’re online what’s app tells me it’ll take 2 hours or more for a person to reply. What is the point?!

@AvantiWestCoast Not helped by the rude & unhelpful jobsworth at @crewestation who wouldn’t let me through the barriers even though I asked him politely including PLEASE 5 times, just telling me 2 find my ticket. I was on the verge of tears & clearly distressed. Thanks so much for that.

@AvantiWestCoast What a joke today has been. 7:59 Runcorn to Euston cancelled. 17:46 Euston to Runcorn delayed & then terminated at Crewe. Next train delayed, train after that cancelled. How the hell can your service be so awful? Late for a work meeting & hugely stressful 13 hour day. Ur awful.

@HaltonBC I have reported this fly tipping and knotweed to you multiple times. You say you’re not responsible for the land, but there is one of your “fly tipping is illegal” signs right next to this and if you don’t own it you must be able to find out who does.
