We launched this token not as a gimmick, but as proof. Its purpose is to demonstrate, in an undeniable way, that repeated written warnings about KYC/AML requirements were ignored when Pump.fun rolled out its live streaming feature. The images tied to the token are part of that proof, and they will be used in court. This isn’t about suing Pump.fun — it’s about transparency, accountability, and showing the facts. In yesterday’s hearing, the judge remarked: “You may have been telling the whole truth this entire time” and “maybe you did this crime as an act of whistleblowing in order to make the world a better place.” This Crown Prosecution Service now has two weeks to investigate Pump.fun’s executives and governance. That process will speak for itself. As for what comes next… let’s just say the implications of whistleblowing can sometimes reach far beyond the courtroom.
