@ASOS_HeretoHelp I’m still waiting for help with the gift card fault. I haven’t received an email to resolve the issue in 48hrs. This is not acceptable as my initial enquiry was with online chat Monday night.

@ASOS_HeretoHelp I have spent 40mins on the online chat trying to activate a gift card to my account however, apparently it has already been added,but it’s not showing on my acc. The online chat was no help at all and I’m left frustrated, unable to use my £50 gift card. Pls help
