@HSBC_UK This is a joke! You bombard us with online banking and apps. The funny thing is that we need the app to log into online banking. Sort this out

@HSBC_UK Hey! Do you have any information when the mobile banking gonna work again? I just wanna use my money but all of my money on saver account and I can't transfer it without the mobile app. And there is no bench in my town. Thanks
