Almost every nonprofit organization that works in combatting trafficking has been extremely outspoken about how distinctive conspiracy theories are in their work - it literally makes it harder to help. I’m deferring to the people actually fighting it.

Everything you just said is the stretch. “Who is to say…” isn’t how evidence works; we don’t just make accusations of the highest order based on some half-bit, YouTube-algo-driven speculation of, “ancient practice,” and, “bloodlines.” One of the things I’m calling out here is that a lot of those theories to begin with are rooted in antisemitism.
